シュートボクシング協会イギリス支部が発足。代表は元リングスUKのリー・ハスデル氏
シュートボクシング協会の海外支部に関するお知らせです。
この度、イギリスの元リングスUK代表のリー・ハスデル氏がシュートボクシング協会と正式に契約を締結し、シュートボクシング協会イギリス支部（シュートボクシングUK）が発足することとなりました。
ハスデル氏はキックボクシングをベースとし、日本ではリングスを主戦場に活躍。ヴォルク・ハンやエメリヤーエンコ・ヒョードルとも対戦し、選手としてだけでなくリングスUKの代表としてリングスの活動を支えました。また2002年2月にはリングスUKの愛弟子と共にシュートボクシングに参戦し、シリル・ディアバデと拳を交えています。
ハスデル氏はシュートボクシングUKの代表を務めることになり、シュートボクシングUKとしての活動について「日本のシュートボクシング協会と連携し、セミナー、指導者育成、選手交流、競技大会などを通じて両国間の定期的な交流を生み出したい」とコメントしています。
今後のシュートボクシングUKの活動に是非ご注目ください。

「シーザー武志会長および日本のシュートボクシング協会より、シュートボクシング協会イギリス支部の代表に任命されたことを大変光栄に思います。
私自身、日本でプロ選手として戦った経験を通じて、シュートボクシングを世界で最も完成された打撃系格闘技の一つたらしめている『精神』『規律』『独自の技術哲学』を肌で感じてきました。私の使命は、これらの伝統を継承しつつ、英国全土の新たな世代の競技者にその魅力を伝えていくことです。
私のビジョンは、単に新しい格闘技団体を設立することではありません。相互の敬意、卓越した技術、そして友情に基づき、日本と英国の間に強固で永続的な架け橋を築くことを目指しています。
シュートボクシングUKでは、質の高い指導者の育成、体系的な昇級・昇段基準の策定、安全な指導体制の構築、そして初心者が国際大会レベルまで成長できる機会の提供に注力していきます。
シュートボクシングは、打撃、立ち技での投げ、そして立ち技でのサブミッション（関節・絞め技）を一つの完成されたシステムに統合しつつ、敬意、謙虚さ、絶え間ない自己研鑽といった価値観を重んじるという点で、現代の格闘技界において独自の地位を築いていると確信しています。
日本のシュートボクシング協会と連携し、セミナー、指導者育成、選手交流、競技大会などを通じて両国間の定期的な交流を生み出したいと考えています。それにより、英国の競技者が本場のシュートボクシングを体験できる環境を整え、同時に日本の選手が英国を訪れる機会も創出していきます。
私は、誠実さ、プロ意識、そして忠誠心を持ってシュートボクシングを代表し、その伝統を尊重しながら、国際的な発展を支えていくことを誓います。
共に次世代のシュートボクサーを鼓舞し、日本と英国の友好関係を末永く強化していけることを心より願っております。

「It is a tremendous honour to have been appointed as the Official United Kingdom Representative for Shoot Boxing by Mr. Caesar Takeshi and the Shoot Boxing Association in Japan.
Having competed professionally in Japan, I have experienced first-hand the spirit, discipline and unique technical philosophy that make Shoot Boxing one of the world’s most complete striking martial arts. My aim is to preserve these traditions while introducing them to a new generation of practitioners throughout the United Kingdom.
My vision is not simply to build another martial arts organisation. My goal is to establish a strong and lasting bridge between Japan and the United Kingdom based upon mutual respect, technical excellence and friendship.
Shoot Boxing UK will focus on developing high-quality instructors, structured grading standards, safe coaching practices and opportunities for athletes to progress from beginner level through to international competition.
I believe that Shoot Boxing has a unique place within modern combat sports because it combines striking, standing throws and standing submissions into one complete system while maintaining the values of respect, humility and continuous self-improvement.
Together with the Shoot Boxing Association in Japan, I hope to create regular exchanges between our countries through seminars, instructor development, athlete exchanges and competitive events, allowing British practitioners to experience authentic Japanese Shoot Boxing and creating opportunities for Japanese athletes to visit the United Kingdom.
My commitment is to represent Shoot Boxing with integrity, professionalism and loyalty, ensuring that its traditions are respected while supporting its continued international growth.
I sincerely hope that together we can inspire the next generation of Shoot Boxers and strengthen the friendship between Japan and the United Kingdom for many years to come.
